AT&T closes $5.75B acquisition of Lumen's fiber-to-home business

AT&T has completed its purchase of Lumen’s mass-market fiber-to-home assets for $5.75 billion. The deal, announced earlier by AT&T, includes substantially all of Lumen’s fiber-to-home operations and is expected to bring more than 1 million fiber customers into AT&T’s network.
