Flock Pauses Ring Partnership Talks Following Stakeholder Feedback

Flock Safety has announced that it is pausing its exploration of a potential integration with Ring. The decision follows public scrutiny and concerns about possible ties to ICE, a claim Flock has denied.

In a combined press release and blog post, Flock said it engaged extensively with customers, public officials, and community stakeholders to understand expectations around accountability, transparency, and lawful use as the two platforms considered whether they could responsibly complement each other under Ring’s Community Request initiative.

Based on this engaged feedback, Flock and Ring have decided to cancel the planned integration.
