Rose’s posts describe an event at Spice Market in Melbourne where she says she was in a vulnerable position and Perry acted in a way that Rose found distressing. Victoria Police confirmed to TMZ that detectives are examining a historical sexual assault that purportedly happened in Melbourne in 2010, specifying that the incident took place at a licensed venue in the city’s central business district. Rose has since indicated that she can no longer discuss the case publicly, stating that she has completed her reporting and must refrain from further comment or reposts about the matter.

According to Rose’s original social-media account, she described an incident in which she says Perry interacted with her in a sexually inappropriate manner toward the end of a night out.
